Added new print files, for people who prefer the locations and rules in an index card format.
The A4 version fits four cards to an A4 page. Depending on your printer, this should also work fine for Letter paper. If it doesn't (i.e. your printer minimum margins are too big, the "inefficient" file lays out three cards to a page.
